This form is them submitted to their office along with a copy of their Driver’s license for approval by our BOD President. Their new management company is FirstService Residential and this is their link to request an Estoppel FirstService Residential Florida – Order Documents & Certificates (fsresidential.com). The resident application form is also uploaded in your OMCAR GrowthZone Membership Hub under the “resource” tab.
